Your Baby’s First Step

feature photo

Babies grow so fast. It seems like only yesterday when you brought your baby home from the hospital nestled in her receiving blanket. At that time, she was completely satisfied to stay sheltered and secured your arms. Then as months go by, you might discover your baby develops fast and starts to get restless and eager to explore the world around her.

At first, she sways back and forth and then crawls across the floor. You’ll be surprised she had pulled herself up while desperately hanging on to a piece of furniture. Soon after that, she begins to cruise as he navigates around the room holding onto sofas, tables, chairs, and even adult legs. It won’t be too long and your baby starts to walk independently. On the average, babies begin to walk between 9 and 15 months but do consider that each baby is different and develops the skill at their own pace. Even so, a baby’s first step is truly a memorable milestone for every parent to cherish and treasure.
